Michael R. Crider is the author of the parenting book, The Guy's Guide to Surviving Pregnancy, Childbirth and the First Year of Fatherhood.1 It received Parent-to-Parent magazine’s Adding Wisdom Award for 2005.2 His follow-up book, the humorous relationship guide entitled The Slow and Inevitable Crawl Toward Happily Ever After, was published in early 2007.3

He lives in Tennessee with his wife Julie and their son, Ryan.
